Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes. To guarantee your time slot and secure your booking, payments are processed at the time of reservation. Our checkout is seamless, encrypted, and 100% secure
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time may incur a fee as we have already allocated a professional to your home.

Do you offer emergency cleaning services?
It is most preferably you provide a good vacuum cleaner and have
cleaning products while we have cleaning task completed. It is important you let us know if you do not have cleaning products or a vacuum cleaner, in this case we will make use of our cleaning products or vacuum cleaner which attracts extra charges but are made very minimal and affordable.
However, if you have preferred cleaning products, you’d like us to use, we’re happy to accommodate.
